Movies With A View 10th Year!

The movies are over for this year, but please look for us in the park next summer! A big thank you to Syfy, our presenting sponsor, for another wonderful season.

"West Side Story with Manhattan as a backdrop? Heaven."
                                                              -- New York Magazine

Syfy presented Brooklyn Bridge Park's 10th Anniversary Season of Movies With A View this summer. Viewers, sidled up, nabbed a patch of grass and walked off with a night of fabulous entertainment without paying one red cent. They came down to the park in droves to enjoy one of the city's premiere outdoor film series with an eclectic line-up of films and breathtaking views of the NYC waterfront. The films were chosen by an all-volunteer Film Committee and each feature was preceded by a short film. DJs from Brooklyn Radio kicked off the evening, spinning tunes as the sun set, while RICE sold delicious dinners onsite. Complimentary bike valet was provided by the fine folks at Transportation Alternatives.
