DESCRIPTION:Push yourself with this Amp&#8217;d Bootcamp, led by Chelsea Piers Fitness. This one-hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities.\nDesigned to diversify your workout, this bootcamp-style high intensity interval training (HIIT) class will incinerate calories and build strength. Come give your all at Brooklyn Bridge Park in this all-level cardio, strength, and plyometric-based workout, with a stunning waterfront view.\nNo equipment is required but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or towels, if desired, to use on the turf.\nAdvance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows.
