The stipple technique is a drawing method of creating an image or pattern using a series of small dots. As part of our Art Under the Bridge series, join us for a free workshop on this 500-year old illustration technique still used by botanical artists today. This workshop is intended for adults and older teens. All skill levels are welcome but some drawing experience is recommended. Materials will be provided. This event is first-come-first-serve with 25 spots available. Pre-registration is recommended but not required. This event takes place at the Park offices at 334 Furman St (near Pier 5)
Accessibility note: The stippling workshop will be held entirely indoors in an ADA compliant building. The entrance has two stairs with a handrail and a ramp. The classroom has a low-pile carpet.
