“Teri Steele is the owner of Dumbo’s newest Pilates studio. Steele Pilates Dumbo is the first studio of its kind to offer Teri Steele’s ReForMat classes which reimagine Reformer and Cadillac sessions in a mat-based format, in addition to Garuda Barre and Yoga. Teri has been a personal trainer, dance teacher and Pilates Instructor for over 30 years in NYC, working with private clientele and creating her popular classes at dance and yoga studios throughout the city and is thrilled to have a home for her work as well as offering the Garuda method from London. No other studio has what Steele Pilates does. “The most anatomically precise workout I have ever had.” Teri keeps her students engaged physically and mentally and gives each client the tools to achieve their goals. Her Brooklyn Bridge Park classes will focus on form and flow – using her trademarked cuing, sequencing and variations to educate your body and mind from inside out.”
