Join Dodge YMCA for Pilates every Sunday! Enhance your control, stability, coordination, endurance, balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes run weekly on Sundays, May 11 through September 28 from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM at the Pier 3 Central Lawn, excluding holiday weekends.
Advanced registration and waiver is required. Note, we are opening registration by the month (opens at start of the month for all classes that month). Cancellations are not required, but appreciated to give our instructors a head count!

All fitness participants are required to fill out our fitness waiver. This waiver is good for all fitness classes of the season – you only need to fill it out once each year! Those under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian complete the form on their behalf.
