Hit the grass and push your body to new limits in this class that combines bodyweight strength and cardio, challenging both your energy systems and motor control. Led by Chelsea Piers Fitness, this free class is open to all levels and takes place at the Pier 2 Sports Turf at Brooklyn Bridge Park (behind the basketball courts). Classes run weekly on Wednesdays, May 1-September 25 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM .
Advanced registration and waiver is required. Note, we are opening registration by the month (opens at start of the month for all classes that month). Cancellations are not required, but appreciated to give our instructors a head count!
