Start your day right with rejuvenating morning wellness sessions that will set a positive tone for the day ahead. These Sunday morning classes will be hosted by a rotation of fitness and wellness practitioners — details and schedule for each date to come. Please note holiday weekends will be skipped.
Advanced registration and waiver is required. Note, we are opening registration by the month (opens at start of the month for all classes that month). Cancellations are not required, but appreciated to give our instructors a head count!

bodycraft Studio’s leads a Vinyasa Yoga class, infusing innovative sequencing into a classic vinyasa flow, using the breath as a constant. Celebrating what our bodies can do and supporting what our bodies need, this class offers modifications to accommodate all levels and preferences.
