Join the Conservancy and Dodge YMCA for Pilates every Sunday! Enhance your control, stability, coordination, endurance, balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes run on Sundays, May 12 through September 29 from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM at the Pier 6 Liberty Lawn, excluding holiday weekends.
Advanced registration and waiver is required. Note, we are opening registration by the month (opens at start of the month for all classes that month). Cancellations are not required, but appreciated to give our instructors a head count!
