2024 marks the 40th anniversary of Prince’s legendary album and movie Purple Rain. Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy will mark this momentous anniversary with a dance party tribute from 6:30 to 8:30 PM as a DJ plays Prince hits, and the film screening begins at sundown. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of art, culture, and community in the heart of Brooklyn’s waterfront.
Enjoy drinks on site by Bar by Fornino. Please bring your own picnic blanket for the lawn; lawn chairs are not allowed on the lawn. Outside food welcome, but a reminder that no glass or outside alcohol is permitted in the Park. RSVP below to let us know you’re coming!
