BROOKLYN, December 8, 2022 — The Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy (Conservancy) is pleased to announce the election of Hilary Jager to the organization’s Board of Directors. The election took place at today’s Conservancy December 8 Board Meeting.
“Hilary makes a wonderful addition to the team,” said Chris Coffey, Conservancy Board Chairman. “Her background in public service and expertise as a co-founder of A Better Way provides valuable non-profit experience and insight to the Conservancy, especially as we look to expand our environmental education efforts.”
“Brooklyn Bridge Park is a destination beloved by tourists and New Yorkers alike — and with good reason thanks to the extensive programming offered by the Conservancy in this stunning urban oasis!” shared Hilary Jager. “Because it offers something for everyone, it is a park for everyone. I am excited to work with the Conservancy Board to continue to make the opportunities afforded by the outdoors – whether youth soccer, an educational class or a waterfront summer movie – accessible, enriching and rejuvenating for all.”
