Push yourself with this Amp’d Bootcamp, led by Chelsea Piers Fitness. This one-hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities.
Designed to diversify your workout, this bootcamp-style high intensity interval training (HIIT) class will incinerate calories and build strength. Come give your all at Brooklyn Bridge Park in this all-level cardio, strength, and plyometric-based workout, with a stunning waterfront view.
No equipment is required but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or towels, if desired, to use on the turf.
Advance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows. Fitness waivers are required by all participants (click here; you only need to complete once per season). Please note that holiday weekends may be skipped; please check our schedule.

Yes. There are water fountains throughout Brooklyn Bridge Park and each has a water bottle filling feature.
Water fountains are turned off for the winter season when outside temperatures reach freezing.
Yes, walk ups will be accommodated on-site as capacity allows, but advance registration is encouraged. Please register at the welcome table and ensure you fill out our fitness waiver prior to participating. Individuals who have not completed a waiver will not be permitted to join. You only need to fill out the waiver once per season – it covers all fitness classes.
There is no age minimum to participate, but those under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian complete the fitness waiver on their behalf. Children and teens under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program.
