Yes, however a permit is required. School trips, field days, and camp groups are allowed for a maximum group size of 200, with 1 adult present for every 10 children. Brooklyn Bridge Park has a limited number of school bus layover parking and is not guaranteed. Insurance is required for schools outside of the New York City public school system. Please see the permits page for more information.
Brooklyn Bridge Park is free to enter! There is no entrance fee to the Park and the majority of events are free. To use facilities not managed by BBP, such as Jane’s Carousel and Pier 2 Roller Rink there may be fees.
Yes! There are lots of places to eat and drink in and near Brooklyn Bridge Park. Please browse through all the park concessions and nearby eateries. Many nearby restaurants, cafés, and bars are listed on online with the DUMBO BID, Atlantic Avenue BID, Montague Street BID, and Downtown Brooklyn.
