Come Visit

Visit the Environmental Education Center during open hours to explore activities and exhibits curated around monthly environmental themes — say hello to live animals native to New York, peruse our reading library, make crafts, play science-based games, check out a Park Explorer Kit, and more!

The Environmental Education Center is now open for free, drop-in Open Hours at 99 Plymouth Street – view upcoming dates!

TAKE LEARNING OUTSIDE

During our Public Open Hours you can borrow a PARK EXPLORER PACK to help reveal the hidden stories of Brooklyn Bridge Park. These activity backpacks are great for families that want to explore and experience science outside in the park! They include an activity booklet, crayons, nature field guides, binoculars, and more! Kits can be signed out at the Education Center’s welcome table and must be returned at least 30 minutes before the end of Open Hours.
